Namaste and happy Saturday to you. Its been a busy crazy week so park your troubles at the door and step into a calmer place.
Take a second to relax yourself with some deep breaths. Clear your head. Roll your neck. Pull your shoulders back and sit up straight. Stretch your neck and back to let each vertebrae have its space. Heck, stand up and stretch your arms to the ceiling. Stand on your tip toes and get a really good stretch going. Now relax. Bend over and touch your toes.
Dont forget to drink 2 liters or about 64 ounces of water today.
